Tucker Autobody & Towing was founded in 1986 by Jerry and Susan Tucker as a humble towing operation in the Imperial Valley. What began as a commitment to helping neighbors in their time of need quickly grew—by 1991, the family expanded into full auto body services, earning a reputation for quality craftsmanship and honest work.

In 1997, their son Jered joined the business, learning the trade hands-on alongside his parents. Driven by the same family values and dedication to excellence, Jered and Jerry opened a towing-focused location in Imperial in 2003. That location thrived and evolved into a complete auto body shop by 2005. A few years later, the original Brawley site was sold, allowing the family to focus their energy on serving the growing Imperial community.

In 2016, Jered and his wife Jessica took the reins, building on nearly four decades of expertise, trust, and family pride. Under their leadership, Tucker Autobody & Towing continues to stake its name and reputation on every repair. In 2020, they launched Tucker Auto Care to provide mechanical services that complement the body shop and strengthen the towing operation. Most recently, in 2024, they introduced ADASVision—a dedicated calibration center ensuring modern vehicles meet the highest safety standards.

From a small towing company to a multi-service family business serving Imperial, Brawley, El Centro, Calexico, and the surrounding area, Tucker Autobody & Towing remains rooted in the same values that started it all: treating people right and fixing vehicles right.
